WILLMAR — A juvenile party was arrested by Willmar police on a Chisago County warrant at 10:02 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Civic Center Drive Northeast.

ALEXANDRIA — A 29-year-old female was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Douglas County on an active warrant from Kandiyohi County. The woman was listed as in custody Thursday afternoon at the Kandiyohi County Jail, pending a court appearance on three charges.

WILLMAR — A vehicle reportedly rear-ended a semitractor at 9:31 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest. No injuries were listed in the report.

WILLMAR — A caller reported a crash at 9:10 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Fourth Street Southwest. No injuries were listed in the report.

LAKE LILLIAN — Two callers reported a semitractor rollover at 5:07 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 195th Avenue and 30th Street Southeast in Lake Lillian.

The Minnesota State Patrol, Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad, Blomkest Fire Department and Lake Lillian Ambulance all assisted the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

WILLMAR — A caller reported a domestic incident at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday in the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 71 Northeast.

WILLMAR — A report of a suspicious vehicle was made at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 12 East in Willmar. According to the report, the vehicle was left unoccupied but the headlights were on.

WILLMAR — A caller in the 1600 block of 15th Street Southeast reported a stolen phone at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday.
